By accessing or using PulseShield's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PulseShield provides automated website security scanning, cookie and GDPR compliance auditing, continuous monitoring, and professional reporting services. Our services are provided "as is" and are intended for legitimate security testing of websites you own or have explicit authorisation to test.
By submitting a domain for scanning, you confirm that you are the owner of the website or have obtained explicit written authorisation from the website owner to conduct security testing. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scan any target domain. PulseShield accepts no liability for unauthorised scanning.
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. One-off audit purchases are non-refundable once a scan has been initiated.

Scan reports generated by PulseShield are provided for your use. You may share reports with your clients or stakeholders. Enterprise plan subscribers may white-label reports under their own brand. The PulseShield name, logo, and scanning technology remain our intellectual property.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
PulseShield provides automated scanning tools and does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected. Our services are not a substitute for professional security consultancy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to security breaches, data loss, or regulatory fines.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PulseShield from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including claims related to unauthorised scanning of third-party websites.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice of termination except in cases of serious breach.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
